Classification processing
VOXFLOR provides different treatment plans for waste generated at different stages. These resources will be reused in other industries.
The waste paper tubes are centrally transported to the designated recycling station
Waste yarn and carpet fabrics (not pre coated) are sold to professional recycling manufacturers for downgraded production
The pre coated carpet surface will be sold as temporary floor coverings to other businesses in need
Non woven waste will be recycled for use in other industries, and some waste that cannot be recycled (carpet fragments, pre coated carpet surfaces) will be used for thermal power generation.
Closed loop production
VOXFLOR collaborated with a third party to complete the production cycle of PVC bottom carpets.
Our PVC bottom design is used for disassembly (layer separation) using proprietary technology.
The PVC backing will first be separated from the tuft layer, then recycled and reused as Re Bac ® The new backing.
Through closed-loop manufacturing, our Re Bac ® Includes 100% post industrial materials.
Conversion of PVC bottom and back waste into Re-Bac ® Bottom back

Step 2 Cut it into small pieces
Step 3 Separate the fragments into fiber fragments and vinyl fragments
Step 4: Recasting vinyl fragments to produce Re Bac ®
