Waste Water Treatment
Sewage will be properly disposed of before being discharged into the park's pipeline system.
We have established a professional sewage treatment system that uses biochemical (biodegradation) and physicochemical (drug precipitants) methods to improve water quality.
VOXFLOR insists on treating waste water in accordance with Chinese national standards and strictly implements them.
According to national monitoring data, VOXFLOR has had no consecutive issues throughout the 2020 production year (280 days).
In 2020, the wastewater treatment plant processed 8144 tons of wastewater. The remaining wastewater is used for production processes, employees and offices, as well as for greening water.
Water Conservation
In 2016, VOXFLOR replaced four new dyeing tanks. The adoption of the latest technology will help reduce water consumption and waste.
Dyeing requires a reduction in bath ratio from 1:12 to 1:7, resulting in an annual water savings of up to 8000 tons.
